Christians of ACK Ngababa were delighted today when The Sixth Mt. Kenya South Rt. Rev'd Canon Charles Muturi lay the foundation stone of their splendid upcoming sanctuary.

The uniquely designed Church has the ground floor as the parking while the main sanctuary and offices will be domiciled within the first floor.

He also freshly named the Church ACK Christ the Healer Ngababa to the jubilation of Christians.

He also taught Sunday School, baptised 5 children, and welcomed a new Christian.

On Sunday, May 14th, 2023, an awakening crusade was convened near the Kirangari bridge in Wangige to reach out to residents within Ngababa Cell Group of ACK Emmanuel Kibiku.

As a result, 32 children congregated a week later for Sunday School, and the rest is history.

Currently, 126 adults and 60 children fellowship in the Kshs 20 Million worth upcoming church, which has so far cost Kshs 12M; a remarkable fete actualized by Kibiku Parish Vicar Rev'd Alexander Njau and PCC Members.

The Service was led by Kirangari Archdeacon Ven. Canon Perminus Muiru with almost the entirety of Archdeaconry Clergy in attendance.

Mum, who was in the company of Clergy Spouses, lauded Christians for the remarkable strides they have made in such a small duration of time.

In his homily, Bishop Charles pondered on some of the reasons God allows suffering;

1. We are better able to appreciate the goodness of God

2. Our faith grows and is more firmly rooted

3. Renews our longing for Heaven

4. We comprehend that God is our only redeemer and the very source of our strength.

5. Fortifies our courage and endurance

6. We get to know the devil and understand his schemes.

"Girdle up yourself, whatever you may be going through, harness inner strength to take you through any tempest.

Once victorious, all that was taken from you will be restored in a double portion. You will not only hear of the goodness of God, you will also behold it with your very eyes." The Bishop added.
