TRINITY VOICES MARK THEIR 10TH ANNIVERSARY WITH POMP AND COLOUR

A remarkable journey of ten years was crowned today in style and fashion. Nine members of The Trinity Voices that have served with The Sixth Mt. Kenya South Rt. Rev'd Canon Charles Muturi for the past decade celebrated their Tin Anniversary at ACK St. John's Karura. Bishop Charles thanked the team for reinforcing his ministry as well as stirring up the Praise and Worship frontier within our Great Diocese. He further lauded Clergy and Christians for their overwhelming support accorded to Trinity Voices spanning across the years. A multitude converged therein to celebrate the auspicious ceremony. Song after song saturated by uplifting praises and soul searching worship resounded. "Appear before God as a worshiper not as a beggar. God needs worshippers He has enough beggars. Talk and rejoice in the Lord all the time not only when things are favourable to God all the time" Ev. Joseph Wachira reasoned in his homily. A good number of Clergy, Evangelists, Lay Readers were in attendance led by Karura Archdeacon Ven. Rufus Githaiga and the Praise and Worship Chaplain Ven. Lois Musyoka. Mum graced the ceremony as well as a number of Clergy Spouses. "I've watched and walked with them as they grow and mature both physically and in their ministry as a mother and only lady in the group. They are a testimony of the goodness of God to all who serve Him faithfully." Mum resonated The Bishop plus the Trinity Voices Team presented Altar Screens for ACK St. John's Karura Sanctuary which were received by Ven. Rufus. This exemplary decade long ministry goes down in history as one of the greatest empowerment waves of the boy child in the annals of the history of the Diocese; true to the blueprint spelled out in Bishop Muturi's Charge during his enthronement. Scores of worshipers stepped forth for rededication after The Sixth's Altar Call.
