The entirety of Diocesan Clergy and Evangelists assembled at ACK St. Peter’s Olchoronyori for their joint fellowship with The Sixth Mt. Kenya South Rt. Rev'd Canon Charles Muturi.
"The Boomers and Gen X have the money, Millenials have the energy, and the Gen Zees have the ideas. A versatile and dynamic congregation should incorporate and make use of all of them appropriately to propel the church to the next level, especially in such modern times."
The Executive Pastor of Karura Community Chapel Pst. Peterson Githinji (Pitson) pointed out in his homily.
He also pondered on the Five -A's that assist in reaching out to youth and teens:
1. Answers/Awareness
2. Accessibility
3. Articulation
4. Authenticity
5. Adaptability
A Diocesan Anthem was formally launched and performed by choirmasters.
The anthem is to be mastered by all choirs and is to be sung in Sunday Services across the Diocese.
The Bishop lauded the resident Vicar Rev'd Nelson Munala for awesome preparations and a splendid awakening of Olchoronyori Parish nested in the furthermost frontier of Kiserian Archdeaconry.
