MU LEADERS FELLOWSHIP WITH THE BISHOP AT ST. PAUL'S KIAMBU

400 Mother's Union Leaders drawn from all Parishes, Deaneries, and Archdeaconries in the Diocesecongregated at ACK St. Paul's Kiambu for a fellowship with the Bishop. "It is only at the cross of Christ that we find lasting peace and assurance. God sees and appreciates all our good deeds and He is sure to reward and bless us as He sees fit." The Sixth Mt. Kenya South Rt. Rev'd Canon Charles Muturi remarked. The Mother's Union President Mrs. Lucy Muchene thanked the MU Leaders for an eventful year. She further expressed her gratitude to Clergy and their spouses for the immense support they have so far accorded the department. The Guest Speaker, Dr. Paul Kibicho,gave key insights on positive influence, integrity, impacting positive change, attitude, problem solving, and vision. The Service was led by the Mother's Union Chaplain Ven. Canon John Mutonga, assisted by Rev'd Phillip Kahiga and Rev'd George Karuku. They were hosted by St. Paul's Kiambu Curate Rev'd Dr. Daniel Kirienye. The Ceremony was organised by the Diocesan Mother's Union Council under the leadership of the Departmental Coordinator Mrs. Eunice Mwaura and Chairlady Mrs. Maryanne Njoroge. All the ladies present were treated to a scrumptious meal.
