ACK ST. LUKE'S MUTHURWA was opened in the year 1970 and the stone was laid on 21st July 1974 by Rt. Rev Obadiah Kariuki, the first Bishop for Diocese of Mt Kenya South. To the glory of God, the church has approximately 400 congregants and has four services ie Sunday School Service 8:00am- 9:30 am English service 8:30 am - 10:30 am Teens Service 9:45 am - 11:45 am Kikuyu Service 10:30 am - 12:30 pm The church is under construction due to the increased number of congregants. MISSION: TO PROPAGATE THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST AND ASSIST MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT VISION: TO BE A DYNAMIC CHURCH THAT MEETS SPIRITUAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC GROWTH. MOTTO: KEEP THE FIRE BURNING
