ACK ST. ANDREW'S LIMURU TOWN
The history of the church starts way back in 1940’s when Bata Shoe Company was opened in Limuru. In the 1950’s, students from St. Paul’s United Theological College (now St. Paul’s University ), started visiting Christians at Bata Shoe to minister to them. In 1974-1983, during the tenure of Rev. David Njoroge, we got a piece of land where the church is currently situated. The foundation stone of the permanent church wa laid by the late Rt. Rev.George Muniu Njuguna on 26th august 1990 As our diocesan theme reminds us “MSINGI UKO IMARA NATULENGE JUU”, we aim to go higher and higher with god’s help through individual, and corporate commitment.
